Hello everyone! I know it's been a long time, but it's been hectic beyond belief. I'll explain some in the postings. Enjoy! Debbie

Quillow Class is Posted
Have you ever gone to a ball game and got so chilled that you wished you had a quilt to throw over yourself? Well, a Quillow is the perfect answer! It is a pillow that you can sit on until you get too cold, then just open it up and you have a nice quilt with a pocket to put your feet in to stay warm.
Join me in this adventure, it's easy to do and will be done before you know it. Check the class listings to the right to see what is required to make this fun project.
Happy Quilting!

New Class!
I have posted the page for a new class. It is a Quilt-As-You-Go crib size quilt that is done with your Serger! You can do this on your domestic machine too, so don't let the fact that you don't own a Serger stop you from learning this great technique. Hope to see you at class!
Happy Quilting,

Another Bargello complete
Joyce is still going to put borders on hers so that it drops far enough on her king-size mattress, but the body of it is complete. She was a bit worried about the colors, but they turned out FABULOUS! Good job Joyce! We still have one more to go, when that is complete, I'll post her picture also; it's coming out beautiful also. Makes me proud!!
Happy Quilting,

Bargello Class progress
We are making progress! Our large Bargello quilts are really coming together. I will post pictures of all three when they are completed.
This was a very fun class, could hardly wait to get it to a point that looks like the final quilt.
These pictures show one complete, the other is the bottom half. Almost there!

Serger Class 2, Another great one!
What a great class this was! I sat in on Karen's class as an "observer" this time and I learned even more than I had learned at the first one. She did a great job of explaining and demonstrating. I think everyone left here with a lot more information and "hints" than we thought we would. Thank you Karen, for such a great class!!! You are a wealth of information and I look forward to other classes taught by you.
Here are a couple pictures of the finished project for this second Serger Class.
Keep an eye out for another class by Karen. She is going to teach how to make a small size quilt completely using your Serger! That class will be coming soon.
Happy Quilting!
