The bargello class is a success, although it will take some time for the students to get theirs done. Lots of things going on in their lives and it's tough to get the time to quilt. But, they are making great progress. I'll be sure to post their quilts when I can. In the meantime, here is the one that I did. I wasn't sure how the colors were going to work, you never know with a bargello what the final outcome is going to look like, but I am pleased with how it looks. Once I get some borders on it, I'll post those pictures too.
Hope you enjoy,
Debbie
Hello everyone! I know it's been a long time, but it's been hectic beyond belief. I'll explain some in the postings. Enjoy! Debbie

Lena's First Quilt is done!
Lena is my neighbor and she decided she wanted to learn how to sew, so her first project she chose is this T-Shirt quilt. She is 13 and learning very fast and did a GREAT job on her first project. She has lots more that she wants to do now that she's got the hang of it. Good job Lena!!!
Scrappy Quilt is finally done!
Here are a few pics of the scrappy quilt I did several months back. I finally got it quilted and am pretty proud of it. I did all the quilting myself free-motion on my friend's longarm machine. Thank you Mona! I'm pleased with how the flowers came out and the palm trees are a treat! If you'd like Mona to do some quilting for you, you can get in touch with her at "Quiltsbyme@q.com"
